Bathrooms often have poorly insulated walls behind showers and bath tubs. As part of your remodeling project we will open these walls to address these issues in order to improve your comfort and increase your home's energy efficiency. During the remodel, we will make sure that all plumbing and electrical penetrations are properly air sealed. To control moisture in the air from showers and baths, and to help prevent mold and mildew growth, we will install a properly sized ventilation fan.
